AAI Neptune Divers was founded in 1992 as the second store for Neptune Divers. In the beginning, the letters AAI stood for American Aquatics Institute, which placed us first in the phone book. Today we just use the first letters and Neptune Divers. The facility is located on the North-East side of Las Vegas at the base of Sunrise Mt. It is owned and operated by Stephen Castle, an NAUI Scuba Diving Instructor and Course Director. The two stores soon became a main-stay for the Southern Nevada community. The Henderson facility, however, was sold in 2003 leaving just the Las Vegas facility. Today it is the only primer full-service NAUI Pro facility with a Course Director on staff. As a Pro Facility, we can train and educate divers all the way from the new beginner through Scuba Instructor status. AAI Neptune Divers also holds a permit to preform salvage at Lake Mead NP, and has over 50,000 lbs. of lift and can handle the most demanding of jobs. Traveling to exotic locals has become a large part of our business, with exciting trips going overseas several times a year. We are sure that AAI Neptune Divers has the best-trained staff found anywhere. Stop in and meet our friendly staff and check out our top of the line inventory.
